You can choosee between two different shipping options and the customer pick up if you live in Madrid city:
· Ordinary mail: with no tracking number it takes around 3-5 days to arrives. Its very rare that packages get lost but it sometimes could happen.
· Tracking mail: with tracking number it takes around 2-5 days you can track your parcel every moment until arrives to your place.
· Customer Pickup: Pick ups only in Madrid with previous contact. Write me an email, please!
